Staying in touch

More than the classes and the program themselves, it's the upkeep of the practices learnt that makes for an effective learning experience. Our instructors are available to guide you during and when your program ends. We help you stick to your goals and provide you with timely inputs to ensure that you develop sustainable habits.

Daily Practice Support

Our online program, Mandala seeks to aid people in their daily yogic practices. An instructor will join you at a mutually agreed upon time to guide your practice in terms of direction and to foster a sense of commitment as well.

Long term commitment

The aim of all our programs is to create a life-long relationship with yogic practices and build a sustainable and reliable practice. One that comes from within and helps one stay grounded and align oneself with their environment and the larger fabric of being.

Free Guided Sessions

We ensure that we conduct two free sessions  on the first and the last Sunday of every month. The intention of these sessions is to help those who have lost touch with their practice re-establish a connection with it. We also encourage our clients to bring those interested in practicing yoga to these sessions as well.

As a growing community of seekers committed to constant growth, we believe that feedback is a key pillar in ensuring that this growth is on the right path. The surest route away from your limitations is openness to positive feedback and criticism and we like to believe that we practice this as much as possible.
