Overview

With the ever increasing spread of yoga after the declaration of international day of yoga, there has been a higher demand for the benefits yoga has to offer and receiving it from the most authentic sources.
As an effort to bring this to more people, we are offering a subscription program for those who have no prior experience  and would like to start their journey into the world of yoga, whichever part of the world they are in.

The Process

This step begins with you. Your goals.
During this step we get to know each other better. Typically an online program will be conducted to familiarize you with the basics of yogic practices and gauge your comfort level.
This could be seen as your first definitive step into the world of yoga. You will be personally supervised and given just the right amount of guidance throughout your first program.
As a next step we ask our students to attend a class in person to further their core practices in Isha Hatha Yoga.
Our guidance doesn't end with the program, we stick with you for a stipulated duration to ensure you stick with your goals.
This could be seen as your first definitive step into the world of yoga. You will be personally supervised and given just the right amount of guidance.
The key to maintaining a healthy practice is the creation of a routine which we provide through timely and effective guidance.
Here’s where you come in again, we either modulate the existing program to suit your future goals or maintain the current program as per your needs.
With the completion of our subscription program, you can rest assured that you’ll     have  a yogic sadhana incorporated into your routine that you can maintain without any    further input from us.

We start by looking at your individual needs. We understand what your goals are.
Share your experience of the program
Based on your willingness, capability and comfort, we decide the next step to take - To continue to build more practices into your routine, continue with existing routine etc
Once the subscription period is complete, you will have a full fledged yogic sadhana in place which  can be consistently maintained, without us!
We will make recommendations on where to begin. This will generally be an online program to help acquaint you with yoga while helping us understand your comfort level.
We guide you through your first yoga program, ensuring you are overseen and given sufficient guidance.
Once the program is over, we ensure the practice is maintained for a certain duration.
We will ask you to move to the next stage - learning a core Isha Hatha Yoga practice in person, with us.
Once the practices have been learnt, we help you maintain this by creating a routine. We help maintain a schedule which you can follow, while being constantly guided by us.

The Significance

“When we say sadhana, we are not talking about any particular aspect. We are talking about using every aspect of life – both internal and external – so that it is a continuous nurturing for your life. Because the very nature of a human being is such, unless there is some dynamism, some movement in his life towards betterment within and outside of himself, he will feel frustrated. He has to keep moving to a newer and newer possibility. Sadhana is that which facilitates that.Everything can be sadhana. The way you eat, the way you sit, the way you stand, the way you breathe, the way you conduct your body, mind and your energies and emotions – this is sadhana. Sadhana does not mean any specific kind of activity, sadhana means you are using everything as a tool for your wellbeing.”

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the duration and timing of the subscription plan?

The program is for a minimum of 90 days and you will be under constant supervision of these 90 days. The session will begin at 6:30am based on your timezone.

What practices will I be learning?

You will begin with learning Upa-Yoga or Sub yoga practices to get acquainted with yoga. various lifestyle practices and guidelines will also be introduced. Once you are comfortable with the basics, 2 core hatha yoga practices will be taught to you  as a way to build a stronger routine.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, you can pay based on monthly installments or a one time fee.

Is there a refund policy?

Unfortunately, there will not be a refund for the amount paid even if you wish to withdraw from the program.

Can I skip lessons?

The program is a progressive one that keeps a check on your growth over a long period of time, it is not recommended to skip sessions as it could affect your learning and hence your overall experience of the program.

How will I be supported?

The purpose of the subscription program is to constantly support your endeavour to grow. Hence, constant supervision in guidance will be made available to you where one of our teachers will be in cosntant communication to keep a track of your progress. You will be added to a whatsapp group where you will be in touch with teachers and other participants who are growing alongside you!

Is the program online or in person?

The program is offered both online and in person.
