Hatha Yoga has brought me lots of ease. I started getting back issues and I would have to go to the chiropractor about ones a month to get it fixed up. But then I started Yogaasanas and then I never had to go back to the chiropractor again. It has heped bring lot of flexibility and strength.
Yogasanas has been a very subtle yet a powerful process. Its like every posture seems to bring about a new experience along with it. Getting back to practicing assanas everyday has instilled a deep sense of tranquility and calm that is unaffected by external circumstances.
The session was a great experience I’ve experienced the course again after 3 years and this brought back not only memories of the longer course but what is needed on a daily basis. Hope to attend more of these sessions again and more follow up courses.
