Yoga Namaskar has enabled me to correct my posture. As a person who unconsciously slouches a lot, I found the practice to be useful because it made me conscious of keeping my spine erect. Also, the breathing exercises such as Nadi Shuddhi has helped me concentrate on my breath.
The session was a great experience I’ve experienced the course again after 3 years and this brought back not only memories of the longer course but what is needed on a daily basis. Hope to attend more of these sessions again and more follow up courses.
I was fortunate to attend the first Upa-Yoga workshop conducted. As someone with almost no Yoga experience in the past, I found the 2 day workshop to be really easy to understand and follow - especially considering the fact that it was held online due to the pandemic.
