Angamardana needs no fitness equipment. It uses only the body and can be practiced anywhere, even during travel. All you need is a 6ft x 6ft space It is a great preparation for the body for hatha yoga

Experiences

I got mobility just by learning how to do Angamardana. It’s shocking how quick it works in dormant places. I would definitely recommend doing it twice if you’re able as they suggest. My posture has gotten better, I have more range of motion. Once you get over the initial soreness it’s great.
